First trip with the new pump today. 625 miles, no trailer.
250 pump is definatly holding the pressure better. And I'm getting over 100 psi when all 3 nozzles are spraying too.
It was a good mix of stop and go, 2 lane state highways, and about 450 miles of interstate highway at (or above ) the posted speed limit. Averaged 24 mpgs for the trip. Not too bad for a truck that weighs 8500 lbs and stomping on the go pedal a few times! |

That sounds awesome. The new UHO pump is a great upgrade to the Snow line up and I recommended it to everyone. Do you have a picture of the nozzle setup.
Thanks

for what its worth, I bought the truck new May 1, 2007.
The Snow Stage 3 MPG/Max was added at about 129,000 miles.
Now have 264,000 miles on the truck, and 135,000 of it spraying water/meth.
The extra T and black line goes off the the pressure gauge I put on.
Sure is pretty for over 1/4 million miles !! |
